SILICON RUBBER GASKETS
Silicone rubber gaskets are high-performance mechanical seals with an extraordinary resistance to extreme temperatures. Silicone gaskets are used to prevent leaks between different substrate sections in a wide range of applications.
We stock a huge range of acrylic and synthetic rubber tapes, which enables us to manufacture self-adhesive Polyurethane foam gasket products, custom-made for bespoke applications. Manufacturing single or double-sided adhesive gaskets, with finger lift or a tabbed liner if required, to ensure ease of assembly.

- Shore Hardness: 60° ± 5° (standard).
- Temperature: -70°C up to +250°C (white, translucent, blue and red).
- Good release properties.
- Excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation properties.
Availability
Also available: 30°, 40° and 50° shore hardness. High temperature, flame retardant, platinum cured and cloth reinforced grades are also available, please enquire.
